'THE SQUARE' is a Multi-Use lounge amenity located at Renaissance Plaza Square in New Brunswick, NJ. This modern venue and spacious workspace is designed to provide our residents a coworking and private events space, all in one. Whether you are looking for a spacious workspace for your next meeting or an upscale location or a bridal shower, we have the space for you! The Square is also available for rental to non-residents, see below for more details.

- Price: $1,200* w/ a refundable deposit of $500 required.
- Duration: Minimum of 4 hours - up to 8 hours
- Hours: 10 am – 11 pm
- Maximum Occupancy: up to 100 people
- What's Included?: rectangular tables (6ft), modern black chairs, mini kitchenette w/ sink, refrigerator, ice maker, & microwave, central A/C & heating, free wi-fi access, unisex restroom

- Reservations: Residents can reserve a desk via their Butterfly MX app
- Duration: Minimum 30 minutes
