'THE SQUARE' is a Multi-Use lounge amenity located at Renaissance Plaza Square in New Brunswick, NJ. This modern venue and spacious workspace is designed to provide our residents a coworking and private events space, all in one. Whether you are looking for a spacious workspace for your next meeting or an upscale location for a bridal shower, we have the space for you! Venue Details.
- Price: $1,200* w/ a refundable deposit of $500 required.
- Duration: Minimum of 4 hours - up to 8 hours
- Hours: 10 am – 11 pm
- Maximum Occupancy: up to 100 people
- What's Included?: 15 rectangular tables (6ft), modern black chairs, mini kitchenette w/ sink, refrigerator, ice maker, & microwave, central A/C & heating, free wi-fi access, unisex restroom

- Can I bring my own tables and chairs? Absolutely! Our tables and chairs can be easily stored away to accommodate your own tables and chairs.
- What type of event can we have? The space is versatile and allows you to set up any type of event you desire, including baby showers, birthday celebrations, bridal showers, gender reveals, family reunions, and wedding receptions.
- Is there a sound system? No, you would have to bring your own speakers. We do have free wi-fi accessibility.
